Beware, liar and scammers. I've paid an extra cost for custom 11.5 V, especially specified 11.5 and NOT 12 V as it's important for a sensitive product. They fake to agreed and ship all regular 12 V power adapter and play with improvised tolerences. Customer service is horrible as I've tried to makes modificaiton to my order during their extra long lead time, even accepting cost rise, but they didn't care. Probably a forwareder that won't hesitate to fool you. PS. My volmeter is calibrated and match my other measurment device. Also, my other 11.5 V power adapters are really 11.5 V, It's not a matter of load.
